Bryson Lee Sheridan, 32, of Tama, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 25, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the Alfred Gilpin Building with burial to follow at the Omaha Tribal Cemetery in Macy, Nebraska. A Traditional Wake will be held Monday evening, May 21, 2018 at his home on the settlement.

Bryson was born on June 1, 1985 in Marshalltown, Iowa, the son of Valerie Lasley and the late Louie Sheridan Sr.

He graduated from Riverside Indian School in Oklahoma. Bryson was a huge University of Oklahoma fan and a proud dad of his son, Jaylen.

Survivors include his son, Jaylen; his mother, Valerie Lasley; sisters, Danelle and Dalyn Wabaunasee, and Aimee Sheridan; brothers, Louie Jr. and Marquette Sheridan, Lester Lasley, Julius, Wyatt, Diaz, and Demond Sheridan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louie Sheridan Sr.; paternal grandfather, Frank Sheridan; and maternal grandparents, Victor and Irma Lasley.
