Carolyn Yeltman, 74, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Grundy Care Center under the care of Care Initiatives Hospice. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will be private.

Carolyn was born on May 29, 1942, in Moscow, Idaho, the daughter of Murray and Hazel (Simon) Estes.
She married Gary Yeltman and they later divorced. Carolyn was previously a bank teller. She loved cats and also dogs.
Survivors include one son, Murray (Leann) Yeltman of Clutier; two grandsons, Robert (Valerie) Yeltman and Joshua (Amanda) Yeltman; four great-grandchildren, Gavin and Ava, and Cadence and Eli; three step-granddaughters, Jessi and Jerika Youngbear, and Kaleiegh Keahna; two step-great-grandchildren, Jaylynn and Jaykob Young; one brother, Robert Estes of Honolulu, Hawaii; and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial fund has been established.
