TOLEDO- Charlie James Womack, 70, of Toledo, passed away, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A Memorial Visitation will be held Monday, April 4, 2011 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Charlie was born on April 21, 1940, in Wakenda, MO, the son on Orville and Mellisa (Cowick) Womack.
On June 11, 1982, he was united in marriage to Judie Craun in Marshall, MO He was a truck driver for Ted McGrew out of Carrolton, MO. Charlie's hobbies included woodworking, fixing computers and gardening. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandson.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and two brothers, Don and Junior Womack.
Survivors include his wife, Judie of Toledo; his daughter, Jamie (Jeremiah) Mussman of Toledo; one grandson, Noah Mussman; two other daughters and a son; one brother, Willie Womack of Carrolton, MO; several nieces and nephews; his father and mother-in-law, Alvin and Arlene Craun of Toledo; and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
