Danielle Eileen Anderson, 38, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at her home under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Lynn Furrows officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.

Danielle was born on September 23, 1977 in Marengo, Iowa, the daughter of Daniel and Debra (Gatrelle) Anderson.
She graduated from Benton Community High School in 1996.
Danielle was married to Jason Culbertson and together they had two daughters, Kiley and Kelsey. They later divorced. She and her fiancé, Brandon Dvorak brought into the world her third child, Josey. Danielle worked at the Meskwaki Casino and also H&R Block and Tama County Publishing. She enjoyed photography and liked attending her kids activities, but her greatest joy was caring for her children.
Survivors include three daughters, Kiley and Kelsey Culbertson and Josey Dvorak all at home; her mother, Debra (Paul) Floyd of Cedar Rapids; her step-mother, Cindy Foster of Waterloo; two brothers, Aaron Anderson of Monticello and Daniel (Amy) Anderson Jr. of Baxter; a step-brother, Duane (Mitch) Foster of Marion; a step-sister, Michelle Foster of Waterloo; her fiancé, Brandon Dvorak of Toledo; and former husband, Jason Culbertson of Montour.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents; and her father.
