Garold Duane Hayes' Obituary
Garold D. Hayes, 76, of Tama, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at Premier Estates of Toledo under the care of Iowa River Hospice. A Private Graveside Memorial Service will be held at Pleasantville Cemetery.
Garold was born on November 5, 1938, in Pleasantville, Iowa, the son of Delmar and Fern (Chandler) Hayes.
He graduated from Pleasantville High School. He later moved to Tama where he spent most of his life. He worked at King Tower for many years before it closed and has very fond memories from visiting with all who came in.
Survivors include a cousin, Nancy Clark.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and infant brother, Harold Wayne Hayes.
Memorials may be directed to the American Legion in Pleasantville.
