Jeffrey Mark "Tommy" Peters, 50, of Glenwood, Iowa, died Friday, February 25, 2011 in Glen Haven Home in Glenwood. A Traditional Graveside Service will be held Monday, February 28, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Meskwaki Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama with Larry Lasley Sr. as speaker. A Traditional Wake was held Sunday evening at the Lasley Ceremonial Building in rural Tama.
Jeffrey was born on June 21, 1960, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Samuel Peters and Marjory Walters.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Dana Silva.
Survivors include his aunts; uncles; and cousins.
