Patricia A. Ratcliff, 81, of Tama, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020 at Premier Estates of Toledo. Private Graveside Services will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Tama with Father Dennis Conway officiating.  A Memorial Mass will be held at a future date.

Patricia was born on April 15, 1938, at home in rural Tama, Iowa, the daughter of Herman and Anita (Aldrich) Jacobsen.

She graduated from Tama High School.

Patty retired from the Tama Paper Mill. She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama. Patty liked the Des Moines Register and loved her cats and taking care of her yard.

There were no immediate survivors.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, George Hethershaw and Dick Ratcliff; one brother, Herman Jacobsen; and two sisters, Lavonne Jacobsen, and Rita Jacobsen.
