Ronnie Lee Moore, 67, of Tama, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Belle Plaine. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023 prior to the service from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.

Ronnie was born on July 12, 1956, in Golden City, MO, the son of Catherine Moore.

He graduated from Golden City High School.

Ronnie served his country in the U.S. Army.

He married Anita Roth and together they had three children. They later divorced.

Ronnie had a roofing and construction company called Roofing and Moore. He enjoyed going to the races, gardening and raising and selling watermelons and other fresh produce. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Michael (Merjen) Roth of Tama and Heather (Jacob) Tuttle of Vinton; nine grandchildren, Rachel, Hannah, Nolan, Raymond, Hope, Jaice, Xandria, Sade and Caleb; two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Denver; his longtime girlfriend, Kelly McAllister of Tama; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine; and a son, Damien Moore.
