Sharon Kay Eagleberger, 64, of Gladbrook, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Grundy County Memorial Hospital-UnityPoint. A Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Sharon was born on December 7, 1955, in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of Hollis and Lelia (Aubrey) Herndon.

She graduated from high school in Kentucky. Prior to her disability, she cooked and managed a restaurant for many years in Oklahoma City. Sharon enjoyed cooking and football, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers.

Survivors include two sisters, Natella Dennison of Louisville, KY, and Lisa (Sparky) Workman of Gladbrook; five nieces, Teri DeGeorge Kruse, Kimberly Flathers, Amanda Hicks, Holly McIntosh, and Melissa Workman; one nephew, David Workman; and many great-nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and one brother, Tommy Blair.
